Common questions
Does a trusted-tradie contact automatically get portal access?
No. A trusted-tradie contact record is separate from portal access. Only an explicit authorised job assignment can provide tradie portal access.
Does RentalKey pay contractors?
No. Quote and invoice submission record contractor information for owner review. RentalKey does not hold contractor funds or pay contractors.
Can a tradie see owner rent or portfolio information?
No. Tradie access is scoped to assigned jobs and does not expose rent records, owner portfolio data, full tenancy records or internal notes.
