How does RentalKey count active properties?
Occupied, vacant and preparing properties count as active. Archived properties do not count toward billing.
Does RentalKey have annual plans?
No. The published RentalKey software plans are monthly.
Does RentalKey charge tenants rent or process bond money?
No. RentalKey does not collect, hold or transfer tenant rent, bond money or owner funds. Stripe is used only for the owner's software subscription.
