Privacy
Effective 22 July 2026. This summary explains the product’s current data handling in plain language and provides a route for privacy questions.
Section 1
RentalKey may store account details, property records, tenant contact details, tenancy records, rent ledger entries, maintenance information, documents, expenses, compliance reminders, messages and support requests entered by an authorised owner.
Section 2
Information is used to operate the website, secure owner workspaces, provide requested workflows, send account or system notices, support billing and improve reliability.
Section 3
RentalKey uses Supabase for database, authentication and storage; Vercel for hosting; Stripe for owner subscription billing; Resend for email; and Sentry for error monitoring.
Section 4
Owner data should only be accessed by the authorised account holder and necessary service providers. Supabase Row Level Security and private Storage policies are used to separate owner workspaces.
Section 5
Account holders can request access, export, correction or deletion review through the contact route. Some records may need to be retained where law, security or dispute handling requires it.
