Privacy
This is a pre-release privacy summary. It must be replaced or approved through Australian legal review before RentalKey accepts real customer data at scale.
RentalKey may store account details, property records, tenant contact details, tenancy records, rent ledger entries, maintenance information, documents, expenses, compliance reminders, messages and support requests entered by an authorised owner.
Information is used to operate the website, secure owner workspaces, provide requested workflows, send account or system notices, support billing and improve reliability.
RentalKey currently uses Supabase for database/auth/storage, Vercel for hosting, Stripe for owner subscription billing, Resend for email and Sentry for error monitoring. Final production disclosures must be legally reviewed.
Owner data should only be accessed by the authorised account holder and necessary service providers. Supabase Row Level Security and private Storage policies are used to separate owner workspaces.
Export and deletion procedures are documented for the testing release. A self-serve deletion workflow and final privacy request process should be confirmed before broad public launch.
